Our team is made up of engineers, economists, lawyers, accountants and administrators. We create models and methodologies to respond to the needs of our clients, from small companies to large corporations in the energy sector, as well as agencies of regulation and control.

Executive with experience in Regulatory, Commercial, International M&A, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy, and Accounting, developed mainly in AES, a global power company with generation and distribution businesses in 29 countries, and formerly as Partner Consultant of Quantum America Corp, a consultant firm of Energy Sector.

With AES, worked with Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategy at the asset level in Central American and Caribbean, Brazil and at Global level in AES Corp covering USA, Mexico, Europe, Middle East and Africa .

Fully fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. Graduated with a BA in Economics and a M.S. in Public Finance, getting University Award for the highest marks graduating as Economist at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.

Virginia is an accountant with a master`s degree. She started her professional career in electricity in Caracas, Venezuela where she held very important positions. For more than 15 years she has been part of several global utilities projects, playing a key role for the company.

Camila holds a degree in Business Administration and has built her career across administration, finance, and human resources.

She has worked in multinational companies such as LafargeHolcim and ExxonMobil, as well as in the public sector supporting entrepreneurship and innovation initiatives in Argentina.

She later served as Regional Talent Management Coordinator at SLA Corp and currently works in the banking industry, where she has over three years of experience in learning and development, change management, recruitment, and employer branding.

Her expertise combines business knowledge with talent development and organizational growth strategies.
